Legend. Bike and rider.
Loved that. sounds great.
Don't the handlebars touch the fuel tank when turning the wheel?
Hi, no because my mirrors were changed to H-D long stem mirrors 😉
Loved it when some guy gave him a baseball cap.... probably equivalent to the helmet he used to wear!!.... respect to this guy, he doesn't look slow!!
Haha . Great comment. Respect.
Whats the seat that you have on it? Can you drop the link for it 😊
Hello, granucci seats : www.granucciseats.com/fr/selles-harley-sportster-2004-06.html
@@Laurindoa thanks for your reply
amazing, seeing and old man driving that beauty like he has ass on fire really brings me joy
I raced 250cc and 350cc Aermacchis in the early 1960s. They did not idle.
Great video. My very first bike was a 1965 Ducati Bronco 125 which I owned in 1968. Had it for 2 yrs.
Here's some inspiration @paulbrodie.
Sei sempre un grande!!!

Is it possible to do forward controls on the Super Low? I'm about to buy one but would like to change controls. If not than I may need to reconsider my buy.
Hello, of course you can do it on all Sportsrers 😉
Tampoco tenía bauletto ni era bicolor
I hope Paul Brodie has seen this, his video series building his Aermacchi is a pleasure to watch.
Don't they tick over?

Back in the 60's the Aermacchi 250 CR Engines they shipped to H-D in Milwaukee were part of a Dirt Track Race kit sold to H-D Dealers. The Rigid Frame Short Trackers dominated places like Santa Fe Speedway in Hinsdale,Illinois with AMA National Number Riders like Bart Markel,Fred Nix, Cal Rayborn,Mert Lawwill to name a few. They raced every Wednesday and Friday for years, even scheduling it as an AMA National Race for years. Many Novices rode CR Sprint Dters in the early 60's when the AMA limited Novice Riders to 250cc Bikes in 1963. Amazing little Engine especially in 1966 onward when they made the Engine Over square 72mm x 61mm. These OHV Engines could easily rev 10,000+ rpms. The last Engines they exported to the USA were in 1969. They had a huge 35mm (1-3/8") Delorto Carb. I believe an "N" profile Cam, The Bendix Scintilla Magneto and Dry Clutch. The Engine was rated @ 38bhp; 3 hp more than the previous CR Engines going back to 1966 (35bhp) when the Engines were using 30mm (1-3/16") Delorto Carb. That bike was a Rocket at our local 1/4 mile Race Track unfortunately we only got to to see it one time as the H-D Dealer was in some financial trouble with the Bank and Skipped town one evening taking an XLCH and the little CR Race Bike never to be seen or heard of again. Although 2 Strokes started Dominating more at the end of the 60's/70's. Those CR Race Bikes were more than impressive to watch in the hands of a Skilled Rider. I'm glad I was in the Era to see and ride these little Single 4 Stroke Missiles. They bring back Fond Memories of 60's AMA ST Racing...S.M.
38hp is amazing !! I only got 32hp out of an '09 K'sai ex250 after changing everything from the cylinder base gasket up, and a pipe w/ jet kit. They came with 17hp.
Rev it and they will come.....
He was running the float bowl empty! Did you not see him rocking the bike side to side? If you race, this what you do at the end of meeting, or running session!
Save the gasoline to pour all over that retarded pink colored piece of shit and burn it to the ground.........
Very well restored👍👍👍
Someone granpa ain't joking
Very nice
Very nice!
Senza casco? Capisco che è bravo ma ha pur sempre 80 anni.
Nice motorcycle 🤟
Nice bike I own 1, tell the old guy to put a lid on. THANK'S from NOR-CAL!!!!!
BRAVISSIMO! that 250 has a sweet, sweet sound. Motivation to put the finishing touches on my '68 250 Sprint. Thanks for the video
Can you give us some detail on the custom work you had done or did you buy as is?
Hi, I bought it all new and customized it with the parts that are listed on the descriptions of the different videos of the channel, 10 years of mods. 😉
@@Laurindoa well done. It’s beautiful
Beautiful beautiful bike
What a honey I'm restoring a small dozer on my channel great work
Good to see a big muffler with heavy bass. Usually sportster dudes install little pipes like short shots, which is annoying as hell
Beautiful video man 👏
Grande...!!!
Gave the Japanese manufacturers some serious competition on the racetrack back in the late 1960s and early 1970s
Non gira come dovrebbe ma niente di nuovo le semper la stessa menata, ciao Angelo sempre correre col cervello cosi si vince. Mi ricordo a Pontechiasso quando alla mattina impennavi per tenerti in allenamento.Ciao
I remember seeing Aermacchi racers at Brands Hatch circuit in the sixties, just loved them. It fact I just fell in love with Italian bikes from that moment on. The first bike I owned in 1962 was a Bianchi, since that time I've owned both the Ducati 900SS bevel and a Guzzi LeMans 850, sadly though never owned the bike that started it all the Aemacchi
Me too at Brands and especially the Sid Lawton team. My hero at the time was Jim(Fred)Curry, who rode the Honda 125 twin production racer and Aermacchi production racers. Nearly bought the 250 road version, but then bought a Honda Benny Sport and it was a great bike to ride, couldn’t keep my older brother of it. He had a Venom Clubman at the time. Graduated to the very first on the road Thruxton Veeline, the only other at the time was being ridden by Bertie Mee the MD at Velocette. Happy days.
Honda Benly Sport (bloody spell check) 😂
What’s the handlebar model? Thx!
Hi, the parts are listed on the video description. Biltwell Tracker
Nice mods
How come you didnt got for the one with the bigger window
Hi, the model with bigger window does not exist for sportsters.
@@Laurindoa there is one that fits it , its on youtube
@@everythinggaming7938 got a link because this is the only one for sportster listed on the site
What’s that harley emblem in the rear fender called?, where the license plate used to be
Hi, I don't know the name of it but you can show it to your HD dealer and ask them.
a living legend! at his age driving like he is on fire!
Hi. Tell me where to buy a sticker on the rear fender. Please drop the link!
Hi, you have to request it to your HD dealer because I don't have the part number and it was installed by my HD dealer a long time ago now.
Ah what a beauty. How reliable is this bike? +
how reliable are the LDs? or how easy is it to find parts?
Hi, I find lots of parts on casalambretta website
@@Laurindoa are they reliable bikes? :). At least that model?
@@gianfrancochimienti3867 I can only tell it's 1958 and still on the road
@@Laurindoa ah sweet! Thanks :)
Gianfranco Chimienti Yes indeed for those times, but the complicated machine is the drawback for heavy use and maintenance is a skilled work than the later Lamby and Vespas The point ignition are not that reliable with climate, constant maintenance and off course some basic skill dependent.
I remember the days when Aermacchi and Ducati used to battle it out in the 250 and 350 c.c. classes.
Come on , the Ducati ( which was a road bike really ) was miles behind on power , it couldn't get near the Aer Macchi , I know , I've owned them both , and still have an Aer Macchi .
Nell 350 ev non c'entra x nessuno
Very beautiful sound and lambretta.
